LPB holds the right to control the content and environment of this network according to the LPB administration's judgment and the vision of LPB developers based on the mission of building a global community, safe, secure and edifying by prayer and Christian fellowship. Administrators and Moderators can remove any content at any time if they feel it is out of line with the guidelines stated bellow.

LPB is a Christian Network of Ministries, promoting the Gospel of Christ to the world. Our Statement of Faith for this site is the Gospel of Christ as summarized in the Nicene Creed.

Members delivering, posting or writing content contra to the LPB guidelines will be penalized in three phases according to administrations judgment of intent and level of offense.

The three penalties used to guide the LPB community are:
  1. Private/Public Warnings
  2. Account deletion
  3. User IP Banning
  4. Roasting at the stake with Texas BBQ sauce :)

The Prayer Box:
The prayer box is the center and main focus of LPB. With the prayer box, people can post prayer requests, prayer praise, worship or prayer updates. Users can also attach/embed various media with their post with provided tools or HTML. All media must be as seen as apart of the subject of request such as inspirational songs, videos pictures or media directly relevant to prayer post. Links are allowed in prayer post only if deemed relevant to prayer post subject matter such as a ministry, home site, business, song media containing information important to the prayer post. No spamming or promotion will be tolerated and will be deleted or masked with potential penalties.

Comments (Chains)
Chains or comments can be added to any prayer post, these are meant for the purpose of prayer for or with, encouragement or celebration/praise for/with original prayer post. SPAM and promotion is not allowed in the chain comments. Links are allowed only if directly containing content of interest or relevant to original Prayer post such as inspiration, uplifting media, verses etc.

Broad/specific commentary on any persons prayer requests or praise is discouraged beyond an initial welcome, greeting, thanksgiving, note of interest and anything along these lines. Comments should not be the main focus of Chaining to a prayer, the point of the chain is to pray for, in writing, or note to let someone know that you are/will be praying for them. Any comments of any further interest should be given through the many tools LPB has for interacting with members. We do this only to keep some order in the network, so that it will be a easily navigable site with clear ways of communication.

Critiquing /debating/argumentative/disparaging/negative remarks toward another persons prayer post are not allowed on the main prayer box or prayer chains. LPB wants to be a place of open discussion but the prayer page is not the place to do it. We have a forum and groups that are uniquely created for discussion on various subjects. We expect that all will be respectful and charitable to one another as is befitting of all Christians.

Re-posting content:
You must obtain permission to re-post content from the person/group that created the content. Even if it is re-posted with good intentions, it could be against the content's creator's wishes so please ask first! It is best that you do this through the LPB interface so that evidence of the permissions exist on LPB servers.

General Content disclaimer:
Administrator and Moderators can and will remove anything (content/media/profile pictures etc) that is of a offensive or explicit nature. This does not include ideas/beliefs/theology/doctrines/opinions that some may find offensive. Members are more than welcome to comment of subjects they find through faith or belief to be offensive in a respectful manner and adult discussion.

Any thing resembling phonographic images, content or offensive lure words/ language will be immediately removed and reviewed by administrator and moderators for it's intent. If it was found to be of originators intent in spreading unacceptable content that member's account and IP may be banned. Depending on the intent, which will be decided by Moderators and Administrators, one or more of the penalties listed above may be given at their discretion.

Forums and Groups:

LPB promotes open discussions on many topics relating to faith and growth of individuals and groups. We have no age limit on LPB but we strongly suggest that parents overlook their children's use and weather the content is acceptable in their view. Because LPB is focused on the problems/pains/needs/worries of all, some content subject matter may be questionable for children under a certain age. We strongly encourage users to make use of private groups for anything that may be of a nature too mature for general children's interest. LPB's moderator's will take content on a case by case basis if it is reported to be offensive yet shows no signs of our offensive content guidelines.

Though LPB is a Christian Network proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, with the Nicene Creed as our Faith Statement, we do not consider member's contrary ideas/beliefs/doctrines/theology to be "offensive Content." This content is considered to be "discussion" and we depend on Christian members to bring in to question what they find questionable or disagreeable, using Christian discernment, Orthodox Christian doctrine and of course a charitable spirit in love.

Banning and Warnings:

We will not tolerate Cyber Bullying in any form. Members found to be practicing this will be banned from LPB without warning. The same goes for intentional Phonographic/Adult material. We ask our members to bring to our attention anything that they feel to be against the LPB guidelines for review.

I welcome your comments and constructive criticism of these guidelines. I'm young (in Christ) and ever learning, so I always welcome wisdom from others. Thank you.

Ok, it's missing a few punctuation marks but... I'm tired. Long day. I'll try to get back to the guidelines soon. I hate stuff like this, but it's necessary on the wild west of the web.
