Little Prayer Box: Online Prayers of intercession

This is a prayer for a friend and brother who would be cruel to no one,yet he was beaten and robbed while taking a walk on the campus where he works.His name is Jerry . The attackers were caught. Jerry was injured severely both physically and violence to his soul as well.
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I lift up my brother Jerry to you and I ask others to pray as well. Give speedy recovery to him,to his physical wounds and his emotional wounds, lift him high both soul and body. Give peace to his mind and give him strength to lift his sheild of faith to quench the firey darts of the advasary. Lord,bring beauty from ashes.
As for the empty souls that attacked him;  let justice be done and save their souls. Lift them out of their sorry lives into the Kingdom of God. In Jesus Christ, Amen

I would like to ask for prayer for a friend that is expecting, she is having health problems and mentally struggling. She has been having extreme pain for unknown reason that she has been to the ER several times. They found blood clots where she had placenta separation. The baby is also very small. Also pray for her mental health as she is going through alot of depression. She is having relationship problems with her family and feels very alone. She is having this baby alone and plans to give it up for adoption. I can't even imagine her pain right now.
She is a believer, but struggles like the rest of us. I just pray that God reveals his love and truth to her and that she sees his hand at work in her life.

I am not sure how to describe the glory my son is receiving other than to say that prayers are being answered.

The rare aggressive testicular lymphoma cancer diagnosed originally at the beginning of March gone, a more treatable cancer then diagnosed.  Tests yesterday to confirm what was seen at first diagnosis with the lungs, liver, kidneys and possibly brain involved, to what degree and how much further it had spread. Results from the doctor today...it has not spread at all. Everything they saw prior to yesterday is  gone.  It is now confined to his lymph nodes.

Please continue to help me pray for healing for my son. We are experiencing the power of his love and grace in wonderful ways.

Please pray for me and my sleeping problems. I've battled with bad sleep all my life as has my Father. Sometimes it's due to things I can do something about, and sometimes it's just random and just out of control. Especially when I'm sick, which I have been for the last week. I've tried all kinds of methods and nothing has ever worked. Thank you

Two weeks ago I asked for prayers for my son who was diagnosed with testicular cancer. At that time the doctors who had reviewed the bloodwork, x-rays, ultrasounds, CAT scan tests all stated it was a rare agressive form that had involved his lymph nodes and possibly other organs. Survivability was low for this type of cancer.

He had surgery one week later and the diagnosis that came back from the surgery and blood work that day baffled the doctors, all tests and indicated it was not what was diagnosed.  It is now known to be a more common form of cancer, although still a battle and still probably involving other organs, but survivability and response to treatment much greater. I consider this prayers being answered.

He will have a PET scan on Monday to see how far it has progressed and what other parts of his body it may have spread to.

Please pray for more healing and strength and that the cancer has not spread too far. The power of prayer is great and we are experiencing it.

Please pray for my friend Christa.  She has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and  is making decisions for treatment.  How difficult this news  is, but we serve a God who is able to do  exceedingly, abundantly above all we ask or think.  Thank you.

Please keep me in your prayers this morning. I have some heavy things to deal with that have been weighing on me for awhile, and now I have to face them. Pray first, that I wake up on time (you might have to pray a retro-prayer for this:)) because, I'm having a hard time sleeping.

We have just found out that my 28 year old son has testicular cancer. Please pray for healing and strength for him to beat this. We are a close family and could all use the strength to help him through. Our belief is whole and the power of prayer works.

My friend Lizzi is 3 months pregnant and has placenta separation, she has been to the hospital twice in terrible pain and there is risk in losing the baby. They said she has a good chance making it full term since she has made it this far. She is feeling very discouraged that they can't do anything to help her. Please lift her up in prayer that this pain goes away and for protection over this baby and mom.

Please pray for Zach.  He is a 17 year old, special needs child in our church. He had back surgery yesterday at Scottish Rite Hospital; a rod was put in his back to help him sit up straight. (His posture was causing complications with digestion, etc.)  He can't communicate his pain level, this is concerning to his parents.  Pray that he will have an overwhelming sense of peace and will not be afraid. Also, that God, in His mercy, would greatly minimize his pain and make his recovery quick and sucessful.  Thank you
